Hello! I am so thankful for all of your orders! All items are made to order! Please keep this in mind when purchasing and waiting for your item(s).

You will receive an order confirmation email AND a shipping email with your tracking information and anticipated delivery date. All emails will be sent to the email address used to order. Please check this email and its junk folder before contacting customer service.

Due to the nature of our orders being print to order, we are unable to offer any refunds or exchanges. If you happen to receive a damaged item please email us within 10 days of receiving your order. After that, no changes can be made.

We ship nationwide via USPS 5-7 business day after your order is processed. Some orders may take slightly longer for the tracking to update due to USPS being a bit backed up from Covid-19. There is a chance your tracking may not update until it's delivered! Differentiating Minds WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE for any shipping address discrepancies, which include: lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered packages.
